Rooven Pakkiri (London)

New Course Developed: People Analytics

As a digital consultant, Rooven Pakkiri has 3 areas of focus - Social KM, People Analytics and Digital Transformation. He currently delivers a popular People Analytics course in central London for corporate HR leaders, helping them to build a data driven People business to meet the changing nature of work and the workplace.

Dr. Tony Rhem (Chicago)

Dr. Tony Rhem just returned from Belfast where he participated at the IBA Mid-Year Meetings for officers: https://www.ibanet.org/

He is the Co-Chair of the Law Firm Management Committee working group on Knowledge Management and IT.

John Hovell (Washington DC)

John Hovell is co-founder of a Knowledge Management and Organization Development leadership consulting firm called STRATactical International. Clients are delighted with their support, and they recently started a podcast titled Questions Worth Asking. John is often requested to share the Knowledge Transfer Toolkit. After discussing the business case for maintaining capability during retirements and other attrition, he facilitates the 4 steps in an experiential way.

John is one of KMI's lead CKM Instructors, as well as our instructor for Knowledge Transfer Certification. John's debut as CKM Instructor was announced in this recent Press Release
