include KM Coordinators, Facilitators and other business unit

Who Should Attend?
The KM Institute CKP™ is ideal for anyone interested in gaining a solid grasp of common KM principles - at a more advanced level than our "KM101" program. CKP™ Graduates range from strategic business unit-level KM Coordinators/Reps to the KM Team members - to those just initiating KM as 'Grass Roots' initiatives.
Our students include government, military, commercial and non-profits.
Those anticipating leading a strategic KM Team should consider the Certified Knowledge Manager program (CKM).
How to Earn your Certification
- Optional Study-ahead, Pre-Class e-Learning Modules - All CKP students gain access to the KM Institute LMS for a review of the CKP program content. Students who wish to study ahead may do so before class, and there will be a live discussion on that content in class.
- Attend the CKP Workshop - typically a two-day face-to-face workshop where you participate in practical exercises and "hands-on KM." Now offered in multiple locations throughout the world - click on our calendar of events, and choose the location and dates best suited for you. Private workshops available for groups - see info below.
- Complete the Online Post-Class Testing - done entirely online, so you do not have to travel to a testing site. There are no additional fees, and, your Certificate is ready to print immediately after you pass. A score of 70% or better is necessary to pass, and you may retake the test - no charge - as many times as necessary to pass. Testing is part of your Certification package and there are no additional fees.

Your KM learning doesn't stop when you achieve Certification. As an added bonus, all

as your "go to" location for:
